By using Somposter – visiting the site, creating an account, purchasing credits, and using credtis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site, and the service Somposter provide.
1. Who can use Somposter
You must be at least 13 to use Somposter. If we learn that we have data from someone under 13, we will delete it.
2. Accounts
You agree to:
– provide accurate information
– keep your account info up to date
– only create an account for yourself (unless you’re explicitly authorized to create accounts for others)
3. Billing and refunds
If you buy credits from us, you agree the the price, and how the credits are used in the system. The price is shown during checkout at purchase.
Credits never expire. Credits can be purchased after you created an account. Once you have purchased a package, credits will be added instantly, and we validate your account manually. Once your account is validated, you can use the system. You dont need to cancel if you dont want to use the system, as its not a subscription based system.
Once purchased, credits are non-refundable. We dont refund credits used on links that dont index.
You may be charged Tax/Vat depending on your location. If payment fails, you will not get credits added to your account. We will email you after each payment with a statement. Invoices can be downloaded from the system.
4. Account safety
You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and you are responsible for everything that happens in your account.
Do not:
- try to access the site through unofficial methods,
- use automated logins/bots to access your account.

5. Our content and intellectual property
Everything on Somposter (design, text, graphics, videos, branding, etc.) belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not:
- copy or redistribute site content
- resell or sublicense the service,
- “mirror” or “frame” the site elsewhere
- reverse engineer or decompile the software
- unless we explicitly allow it or the law requires otherwise.

We process personal data as described in the privacy policy. Data is stored/processed on servers located in USA. If you live in the United States, you agree your data may be transferred and processed outside the US (in Denmark).
7. Service sold from the website
If we sell anything through the site: it’s offered “as is” and “as available. We can limit quantities, reject orders, or discontinue offerings at any time..
8. Support
There is a built in ticket system, and this is where support is provided. We will try to respond within normal business hours Central European Time.
9. Events out of our control (Force Majeure)
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by things we can’t reasonably control (e.g., outages, disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, hacking, internet disruptions).
10. Abuse of service
Don’t abuse the service. We can suspend or terminate your account and access at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect or identify abuse.
11. Your promises (what you agree not to do)
You agree that:
- you meet the age rules and have permission if required.
- you’ll follow applicable laws,
- you won’t use our indexing service for illegal purposes
- you won’t damage, hack, bypass, or overload the service,
- you won’t use bots/crawlers/automation to access the site unless we allow it
- you’ll pay any costs to access the site (internet, devices, etc.),
- you won’t use payment methods without authorization.
12. Site monitoring
We may monitor/log usage as described in the privacy policy. We’re not responsible for the links you try to index. To the extent allowed by law (especially in the US), our liability for defamation and indexing of content is limited.
13. Disclaimers
Somposter is provided “as is” and “with all faults.” We do not promise:
- the site will always work perfectly.
- We can index all links.
- Indexing of links can allways happen.
- Links that we index, stay indexed.
If you cannot agree to the above, your main remedy is to stop using the site.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.).
If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is capped at $1,000 (unless the law requires otherwise).
15. Indemnity
If your actions cause legal trouble for us, you agree to cover our costs and defend us (including reasonable attorney fees), to the extent allowed by law.
16. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms at any time by posting new terms on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

17. Disputes
For contracts performed in the United States, New York law governs. For other contracts, Danish law governs.
US users: arbitration
Most disputes must be handled through binding arbitration with the AAA (American Arbitration Association), not court.
You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions (with limited exceptions).
Before arbitration, you must send a written notice of dispute and allow 90 days to try to resolve it.
Arbitration is in English and is confidential.
Some small claims cases under $10,000 may qualify for small claims court (depending on rules).
Non-US users
If arbitration doesn’t apply, disputes go to courts in Copenhagen, Denmark.
18. IP infringement complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your IP, email [email protected]
with “SEO Danmark Somposter – Notice of Infringement” and include:
your signature,
what work is infringed,
where it is on the site (URLs),
your contact details,
a good-faith statement,
a statement under penalty of perjury that your info is accurate.
